Place Partnership Ltd is a property services company based in Worcester created specifically to deliver significant value and savings through real estate for our public sector partners. We are proud of our heritage of being the first multi-agency joint property vehicle of its kind in the UK, delivering a range of diverse property services functions including strategic asset management, property management and valuation, facilities management, and project management.
Developed from the One Public Estate programme, the establishment of Place Partnership has been sponsored by the Government Property Unit in recognition of its capacity to create a step change in the way public sector property portfolio can be managed. We manage the portfolio of our public sector partners primarily across Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire and Shropshire regions.
Place Partnership is unique in that it is a private company that is owned by four public sector organisations. Now in its fourth year of operation, the delivery model blends a deep knowledge of public service with a commercial edge, whilst retaining the public service ethos. Since launch Place Partnership have been integral to changing the way public sector assets are developed, managed and utilised. Our value proposition is very much about driving value from an integrated approach to real estate and to facilitate better use of property.
We were the winner of the Property Newcomer of the Year Award at the 2017 Property Awards.
