Location: Droitwich, WR9 0NX

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Hours of Work: 9am- 5pm

Due to growth and restructure an exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated business leader to join our Environmental Consultancy team in the position of Regional Manager. This is a senior position and will require a driven, commercially aware individual whose positive impact will be immediate and rapidly following appointment contribute to and demonstrate ownership and responsibility for the commercial, financial and operational success of not just the West region Environmental Consultancy team but also the wider group.

Whilst this is a full-time post, due to the senior nature of the post and associated responsibilities, the Regional Manager will be expected to dedicate any hours required to provide the managerial support to the business to ensure all tasks are completed. This will include satisfying additional hours without pay and working and staying away from home overnight.

Regional Manager Responsibilities:

* Manage all financial matters in the region ensuring all key metrics including Aged WIP and Aged Debt are kept within KPI limits;
* Drive growth of the region in-line with the aspirations and requirements of the Group;
* Build a structure of project teams within the region to ensure optimum project delivery and support teams in the effective delivery of projects as appropriate;
* Lead recruitment campaigns to ensure adequate levels of resourcing within region;
* Maintain and enhance strong internal and external relationships, including with key clients;
* Promote and demonstrate company values;
* Provide effective leadership and promote positive culture leading to a strong and unified team;
* Realise wider opportunities between all areas of the group;
* Carry out line management duties for direct reports and support Principal Consultants in their line management duties for other team members, where present;
* Provide technical support and direction to project teams and assist with approach on projects;
* Monitor delivery of projects in line with Service Level Agreements;
* Investigate and resolve
